Problem with changing Key bindings

So I recently came back to playing Warframe, and the first issue I have encountered is rather a strange one, when I change my keybindings around they do not seem to actually change but ingame show that they have.

For example I am trying to change the "use" keybinding from "X" to "F", when I have changed this option ingame it will show F on objects however if I press F nothing happens, if I press the previous binding "X" it will work even though there is no trace of X being bound to anything in the keybindings option menu.

Any help or possible solutions would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem. On the menu it saves my keys, but in game play all the default bindings are locked in.

Also the same issue. This is a basic problem and coming back after so long to see so many changes but the basic UI still isn't fixed is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING to see. It seems like DE is not on the rite track if things like this dont get fixed first.
