When doing The War Within quest where you have to laser off the ice from the giant ayatan sculpture if you have more than 144 FPS, then you will not be able to fire the laser long enough to do any damage to the ice.  If you are slightly below 144 then you can damage the ice but your laser doesn't have enough range to shoot the center orb.

Lowering my framerate to 30 made the beautiful cutscene look choppy but at least I could finish the cool quest.

My monitor runs at 165 FPS and I regularly run the game at around 200 in fights (I don't like to have graphic settings maxed - it's distracting).

Wow... what is the problem? See, i have a different issue. I started the new quest, and now i can't get my game back. I am stuck without having access to my liset. From the moment my quest progress is broken... i can't play at all. Seems to me, you don't have a problem at all.
