Momentary freezing while in the Arsenal menu

Ever since the latest hotfix (19.0.1), the game will freeze momentarily (regardless of game settings or graphics options in the NVCP) in the Arsenal menu (either when moving the cursor around or accessing a weapon or Warframe for customization. Is this happening to anyone else?

I'm also getting crashing with MSI Afterburner enabled, which hasn't happened to me since Tubemen of Regor, I believe.

I have this same problem with momentary freezes in Arsenal and sometimes double clicking a weapon just won't equip it, I have to press equip.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.5GHz

Memory: 8192MB RAM

Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970

Driver Version: 375.86

Same as the above, starts out smooth but after selecting 2 or 3 weapons I get 2 second freezes when selecting a weapon or frame, upgraded from a 970 to a 1080 around TWW but I don't know if it had any affect (freezing wise).

EDIT: It seems to be related to my Riven mod, Paracyst Zetitak. Having my Paracyst equipped removes all of the freezing.
