TWW [SPOILER ALERT] Control Maw tunnel

in the tunnel where you are controlling the golden maw to get trough the tunnel i have 2 problems, pressing 5 after stunning the maw doesnt always work, and two, the tunnel is dark af with no lighting. Im not sure if the level is designed to be dark but I cant tell where anything is.

I was having the same issue with the tunnel being pitch black. I somehow managed to make it through. I restarted several times and still ended up in the same predicament. 

Did you have it freeze on your operators face after the mini-cut scene as you get to that part of the tunnel? That's what was happening to me and it would keep the red glowing spot on her forehead.
