Sudden Warframe "Death"

So recently Warframe has just been going 0 FPS on me for no apparent reason. My PC runs Warframe around 30 FPS usually, which is fine for me, but then suddenly (in the most important moments too) Warframe suddenly goes .5 frames.

I even go Cntrl ALT Delete and nothing happens. Can't alt tab out of the game, anything. I have to manually restart my PC every time. Every 15 minute session, this is basically guaranteed to happen to me.

I don't know if anyone else experiences this, but playing Warframe is becoming unbearable and frustrating now, and I really want a fix please.
