Lag Spikes

Hi. I play on my notebook, and its a good one, but the game gives me perma lag spikes on any graphic setup from lowest to highest. I tried all graphics low to high, and the thing is even on high i dont get worst lags but they are same as on lowest. In the smallest maps, like starting maps, solo play, same lags, like i go in a room where basicly there is nothing for my laptop to load, and its same lags. They are like 5-8 secs on smooth play, then same 5-8 secs of lag play (never mind where in a room with nothing in, or on a defense where are 4 players with all their skills activated, and like 30 enemis arround, same lag spikes everywhere). Please can anyone help me ?
