Questions About Alert Missions

Hello there,

 

I have some questions about the alert missions:

1. If I don't have the location unlocked, does the alert mission still pop-up in the alerts tab in game?

2. Is @WarframeAlerts a good way to look out for alerts?

3. How often do ? alert missions occur?
4. Does every ? alert mission have the chance to drop an orokin catalyst/reactor blueprint?

3. How often do ? alert missions occur? depends. good ? are premade. best mission pop-up when you sleep/at work/school

4. Does every ? alert mission have the chance to drop an orokin catalyst/reactor blueprint? no

Dunno if there's an app for iPhone, though I would expect there is, but on Android you can get an app for Warframe alerts.

EDIT: BTW, what was the last mission where an orokin catalyst was dropped?
