10 Reactants but no reward AND void relic consumed?

I was playing a mission, and I know for a fact that I collected to reactants. I even saw the 10/10 reactants notification on the left side of the screen. Once we completed the mission, a screen came up saying that my squadmates were picking their rewards, but I knew for a fact that I had 10 reactants. Not only did I not get a reward, but my void relic was consumed. I was very irritated because I had the option to select the nekros prime chassis as one of my rewards.
