Price check on riven mod, and should I reroll for better stats or not ?

Might be selling this or rerolling but I need a price check first.

Personally, I would reroll.

 

That multishot is the only good stat in there, and it's not even to 100.

 

Damage to specific factions is pretty much a waste when you can get 200% flat damage.

 

And flight speed really ain't good.
