Warframe options for toaster ?

Im currently getting 20-30 fps all the time it drops 18-14 fps when area infested (too many infested) and explosions too im currenty set everything low or lower resolution is 800x600 or 1024x768 if i cant read the words my question is how can i get more fps it is ok for me but i want to get faster load times

since hialgoboost wont work with warframe can anyone give me suggestions?

I'm sorry to say this, but if you've already got everything on the lowest settings there's nothing left you can do.

XP is ancient. So is your CPU and graphics card.

And I thought I was on the low end of the spectrum with Vista 32bit, windows xp pro has me beat I think, wow.

We need to upgrade.
