the general rule that i've heard when it comes to 120%+ IPS mods is that the base damage you are increasing needs to be more than 75% of the weapons damage to be better than a 90%+ elemental mod.
well, cernos prime has 90% of its base damage as impact damage, so i wanted to ask if any of you can suggest builds and estimate in what situations would this mod be better than an elemental combo?
