So i finished the junction a long time ago but I don't have it in my inventory, either it glitched a long time ago or i sold it by accident. Is there no way to get it ever again?

relog if it's not in your inventory first to be sure if you have it or not

At this time, unfortunately no. If it is a glitch/bug then I suggest making a bug report. They're usually pretty responsive regarding those things (they usually respond within a few hours for me.)
