There are several open consoles.

Just before entering the targeting range the galleon slowly turns and heads for another tower.

The Galleon continues on course to the other tower.

"Let her go." Phil says. "We'll keep an eye on that tower and see what the logs say. If they find something good then we'll take it."

The other tower has not connections to this one. But it might be possible to fly over if you had a ship.

Making the journey on foot would be inadvisable.

Lights flicker on leading to a two person craft. It looks like a tiny Orokin cruiser with wings.

"Just keep walking." Ali says. "Don't look back. We need to be gone before he realizes that code expired yesterday."

"We'll fly low." He says. "Using a void cloak. We'll land outside the scanner range and continue on foot."

He wraps a gray cloak around himself and offers one to you.

As this is not a tower puzzle there is no portal. However you do find a room filled with small souvenir items. Replica's of Relics and glow in the dark reactant.
