Passive Warframe Effects

A thing i think would be cool to seperate the warframes abit more and make them even more unique if they had passive ground boost incorporated in their frames, or maybe they can be unlocked at 30 or scale from 1-10 at 30
excalibur 5% speed boost 5% melee speed
volt 5% electricity resistance 5% electricity damage
ember 5% flame resistance 5% fire dmg
frost 5% cold res to sheilds 5% cold dmg
saryn 5% posion res 5% psn dmg
rhrino 5% armor 5% hp
trinity 5% hp regen 5%hp
mag 5% shield 5% dmg
