Happened to me personally once: when picking up the 10th reactant the audio and visual of the relic cracking did not occur and at the end of mission was unable to select reward as, i assume, my relic was not identified as cracked Edited December 13, 2016 by MeowMeowCica Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's easy to spot: if anyone disconnects and reconnects during the loading screen, that person receives no reward and sees that the relic is not displayed at the top left corner.
