Anyone knows Riven min-max rolls per disposition and avg prices for good ones?

Basically subj :/

Lets say a Strong Disposition Riven has a min roll value for DMG of say 15 and max 30 per level. I wanna know if anyone knows these values for all the standard "good" suffixes as to have an actual idea what is a Godly roll and what is mediocre one.

Another Question is how much on Average the good rolled mods cost - DMG, Multishot, Elementals, Crits for crit weapons etc? 

I find the lack of any info provided by DE appaling tbh, this is like beyond good and evil and even Wiki doesn't have any real info as far as i can tell :/

Each weapon is actually assigned a numerical multiplier, which determines whether "strong", "neutral", or "faint" is displayed.

Just knowing the disposition doesn't tell you what the minimum and maximum values are; you need to know the exact numerical multiplier, which is only known for existing Riven mods when disposition was first implemented.

i'm fairly sure the stats are determined by the amount of positive to negative attributes (question mark?) and by the disposition, but i could be wrong. the highest damage per level I have seen on a strong disposition mod is about 25% though.
