So here's my dilemma. There's this bundle called the winter accessories bundle which I purchased everything off of last year except one thing. Fast forward to this year and now I'm still missing that one item which didn't appear in the marketplace (nart-deer pattern) and the festive sigil as well. There seems to be no way to obtain either items without paying an premium for the entire bundle which I won't do because whats the point of having two of everything, especially if they're skins.
Is there a way to retroactively get a refund so I can buy the bundle or a special option to purchase the rest within the bundle? Anyone else deal with a similar problem?
