Can't connect to chat

I can't connect to chat for month!!! It keeps buffering on the top left!! I'm so frustrated that i can't talk to people in the chat and i can't see any thing!!! PLS NEED HELP!!!!

Apart from few things like updating your software (which is unlikely to cause problem if game's running completely fine) the best thing you can do is making a ticket here: SUPPORT

Thanks but how to make a ticket? Never done this kind of stuff before

At the top of the forums on any page you're on, even here, there's a tab called Support Desk. You can file a ticket with detailed information and hopefully they can get back to you with an answer.

Thanks but how do i file a ticket? I have no idea what am i suppose to do tho

Submit a request at the top of the page. From there click on a button that best suits your problem, in your case, probably My Account.

From there you just fill out the required fields with the appropriate details and screenshot of the problem if you can provide it.
