30 FPS with 3-4 Squad Members

i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30 GHz 1.60 GHz
4GB RAM
64-bit OS
GTX650

I want you guys first to know that my brother's comp can run this game smoothly with at least 70fps with a GT610. The rest of the specs are the same as mine. My video card is way superior than his so why is my frame rate dropping below 30 with a full squad. All of my graphic options are set to low and its still dropping below 30.

Is this game picky of video cards or something? I can play my other offline games just fine but Warframe.....

support.warframe.com isn't very helpful. I tried their solutions but nothing worked.

Anyone has a fix for this?

 

Also: I managed to fix my Arsenal frame rate issue by running 64-bit mode/Direct X 11 only. Problem is that I get slower load times when joining. Loading would freeze from the start for 20-30secs then resumes
