I actually did the mission to kill Tyl Regor, and honestly it was so dragged out. So first of all it only lets you shoot at him in certain times, and after he just does all his stuff and you cant hurt him after you have done enough damage in each segment. Next he has his little dudes come out, and if you use lokis radial disarm or titanias abilities they wont go invisible and are unkillable, also if you use nova you can track them while they are invisible and cant kill them.

Maybe this mission is made for little babs doing their first boss missions, but basically if you want to actually kill him as a high level its literally just a waste of time.

I think thats a bug with those little guys

I'm suprised that you only mentioned tyl regor, while you could have also mentioned 3 other bosses

It's a way to make the bosses more "difficult", either they have tons of health and/or damage or they can only be damaged at certain times
