Ivara Neuroptics/Blueprint

I've run roughly about 30 spy missions on on Kappa, Senda and have gotten 5 Ivara neuroptics and 0 Ivara blueprints.  Is there any difference in missions that give you the neuroptics compared to the blueprint? Where did all of you get your Ivara blueprints?

I got All my Blueprints from Oceanum on pluto. I prefer corpus hacks so this was a good spot for me

3 years ago, i had 30 frost heads, 1 chasi and 1 optics when i finished farming him.
2 weeks ago, helped buddy farm vanila nyx off Phorid. 20 chasi/10optics/1 system.
