ability use and "energy glow" not visible since crash on the 19th of this month

Ok so I got on after work tonight and none of my ability's or energy glow effects are able to be seen on my end since the major crash that happned around 4:45 am et last night any one have any clues how this is gonna get fixed because I highly doupt it is a issue on my end.i am also restarting my comp and verifying the cache or w/e with the launcher to see if maybe its missing something perhaps .
