Not to my knowledge. The only non prime weapons that can be traded are ones that have not been used, and are classified as "prisma" "dera" and syndicate. for example the sancti tigris can be traded however you need to have the mastery rank requirement. The only exception to the classification is the War.

You can trade Wraith/Vandal/Prisma weapons from Baro Ki'teer, for example the Machete Wraith, or the Prova Vandal, or any of the Prisma weapons such as the Prisma Veritux, Grakata, Skana, Dual Cleavers, etc.

You can also trade all the Syndicate Melees, Primaries, and Secondaries.

Unranked Syndicate weapons, any weapon from Baro so long as it's, again, unranked, and part sets of the Wraith and Vandal weapons you get from invasions (formerly sorties).
