Kubrow missing collar

So today I decided that I would hatch a kubrow egg and I rushed it to only find out that it's missing it's collar, I still have the default collar from the quest and have no idea what could have caused it to have a missing collar.

Does anyone know what I have to do to make it have it's collar or should I send in a support ticket?

I think you haven't complete the kubrows quest, the last mission grants you the collar. Unequip any companion you might have.

I've completed the quest, the collar is in my inventory and I have also another kubrow which is useable.

Oh.... Put your other pet in stasis then u can use the collar on the new pet.

Everything but that kubrow is in stasis.

OK so this bug is happening to allot of players just do a mission after breeding it and you should be able to equip him.
