Launcher slows down my computer and loading freezes before login screen

Yesterday, suddenly I started having performance issues ingame, even inside my liset. The game started freezing and stuttering and lowering the graphics settings had no effect. I closed the game and opened the launcher to verify the files, but as soon as I opened the launcher, my pc got really slow. After verifying, I launched the game but the loading before the login screen freezes halfway through. I've tried it 5 times with no success. My PC specs are:

Processor: AMD FX-8320

RAM: 16GB

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R7 200 with updated drivers.

 

I would be very grateful if someone could help me.
