Direct X 10/11 Affects Loading And Connection

I finally found a fix for my fps drop in Arsenal by turning on either Direct X 10 or 11. But the problem is, it now affects my loading speed in joining squads or hosting for some reason. At first it would freeze for like 30 secs at the start of loading (sometimes more). Then when it starts moving and reaches more than half of the loading......... it fails to connect. An error message saying "Could not connect to the host. Returning to Lobby" something like that pops out. But if I turn off Direct X 10/11, I can join any mission without a problem but my fps drops in the Arsenal again.

Anyone knows why this happens?
