Cernos Stats:

Crit Chance

Crit DMG/DMG

1 Positive stats like Elemental DMG

If it has negatives it shouldn't be debiliating.

Hek:

Crit Chance

Crit DMG/DMG/Multishot

Can also have 1 more positive stats but not really required
