The executioner had hit Ghost in the stomach "GAH!" She said clearly hitting a soft spot on the Tenno. "You'll pay for that..." Ghost said drawing her rapier then sending many strikes missing or not. She was just swinging it wildly basically.

(I am to 5 homework assignments last minute.)

( @(PS4)gamegod-2002 Try to not godmod. This executioner has armor.)

A dozen shots hit the executioner, sending his armor to halfway. Angus looked over at a ventilation opening in his armor. He quickly reloaded his Tigris and rolled behind the crewman. As soon as the vent opened again, he fired into it. It had gone through his side cleanly, and it shut down his armor. It left him open to be attacked. Angus once again yelled 'It's Rhino Time!' and activated Rhino Charge. As he began to charge, he started slowing down to his regular speed. That wasn't good. The executioner grabbed him by the horn, but Angus was quick to react. In a fluid motion, he grabbed his hammer and forced the butt of it into the Corpus' wound. The Rhino had then forced it out through the other side, opening up the wound even more.

The executioner eventually passed out from blood loss but wasn't dead. Angus raised the hammer up to finally execute him, but couldn't bring himself to do it. What was a Tenno without their abilities? He was a Rhino with no use of his horn. He put his hammer and Tigris on his back, and started towards the elevator in silence. He was...what was that word? Something that describes Grineer outposts? Ah, right. Angus was severely depressed now.

(It's fine. For this next part, we're gonna stray away from the lore just a bit, only to make a more interesting story about why his powers wouldn't work.)

Angus stayed silent and pressed the button to call the elevator. By his slumped position he clearly wasn't happy. His Fragor was broken ever since he was captured. He looked at it again. The large hammer had a large crack in it. Another hit and it would probably break. He gripped it with grief and sighed. His Fragor channeled most of his powers and without it, he wouldn't be able to use his abilities correctly. The hammer just looked...incomplete to him. Not only was his hammer broken, but he was broken on the inside. He never trusted any other weapon. The hammer grew on him like it was a part of him. He scowled and slammed his fist into the wall.

He turned around rather quickly, looking at his ally. The snap that emitted from the crewman's neck had bothered him. A lot. But why? The Corpus executioner clearly wanted to kill him and they broke his hammer, so why bother? He was about to yell something out of anger but just turned back around, gripping the handle of the hammer so hard that it looked like it would break. The energy in the room that came from Angus was pure anger. Ordis had popped up starting to talk to all the Tenno.

"Well done Operators! You've rescued Angus. So, Angus, if you could just-"

"Not now Ordis..." The Rhino grumbled.

"But, Operator-"

"I said not now Ordis!" Angus used a booming voice, which startled Ordis.

The Lotus began to talk privately to everyone but Angus, naturally. "Tenno, there is another stray Operative stranded in another Corpus facility. They will be a valuable asset to us in the future. You must convince Angus to go with you to rescue them, no matter what he says. You may not be able to do this without him. Make no delay." With that, Ordis replaced her on the Tenno's HUD.

"Right-um..." He began stammering, still shocked after the Rhino's outburst. "Of-of course you should expect heavy resistance. Hopefully -that little impatience son of a- you can convince Angus to accompany you. I've never seen him like this, except that time a Mag playfully got him stuck in a-"

" Ordis. " The Lotus interfered and Ordis apologized, respectfully. "Tenno, you know your mission. Good luck." Hopefully, for the last time, they ended their mission briefing.

  • 2 weeks later...

Angus scowled, and stepped into the elevator as the door opened. "I don't need new weapons...all I need is my hammer." It promptly sparked again. He looked back up and saw the lights flicker, and go out. He tensed up and saw the Stalker standing over the deceased Captain's body.

"Impossible..." The Rhino was practically frozen in shock.

(I dunno, to be honest.)

The Stalker didn't even flinch. He looked at the Tenno and then down at Angus' hammer. He slowly began to approach them.

"Angus, you can't run from your past..."

The words sent shivers down the Rhino's spine as he pressed a button on the elevator to send it back up. The door was refusing to close, for some reason. He picked up the helmet from a deceased crewman and threw it at an object that was jamming the door. In a split second the Stalker threw one of his deadly throwing knives into Angus' shoulder, which penetrated the armor as if it were tinfoil. The elevator door slammed shut before the assassin could do anything else. The Rhino sat down on the elevator floor in painful silence, glancing back at his bleeding shoulder from time to time. Why he didn't let the Stalker kill him then and there was a question to him. He was indeed tired of running from his past, as the Stalker had said. He was tired of seeing his friends killed. He was tired of doing a job he sometimes felt he wasn't cut out to do. Yet, for some reason, he continues to live and breathe that job.
