Spoiler Despite coming across the Siphon before going to kill The Sergeant, there was no Kuva enemies spawning, the braids did not react to any Kuva for over 5 minutes. So I went ahead and killed the target, ran all the way back to the Siphon and still nothing. This has been occurring for the past day or so, and it's getting annoying. Very, annoying.
