Will not alow me to use the sprint, in any mission

I had played war frame before, I took around a years break from it, and when I came back I could not sprint in the game by holding LShift, I went into my options and to my key bindings and set everything back to default and it still would not work. So I just decided to go along with it because I had thought that maybe sprint had somehow been removed from the game or something like that. So I hopped into one of the new quests. And when I had to go over these bone things with a worm trying to kill me. I could not get around fast enough, in some instances I would not even get halfway to the other block. Then I realized that sprint was suppose to be in the game. So I deleted warframe and reinstalled it. Still does not allow my to sprint and now I am stuck in the mission with no way to get out. Please help because I would really like to play the game again. Thanks!
