So, when I try to do the Sedna Junction mission, I simply can't. I have completed all the requirements to do it (getting the mods, killing the sentients, killing Vay Hek, etc) but it still appears locked. Am I missing something? Do I need to do the other junctions, which I can go to see them even if I can't get past the barrier (because I don't have all the requirements)?

But with Sedna I can't even go.
