I'm from Spain (EU), but I want to receive support in English and keep the Spanish language into the game, what I have to do? The Spanish speakers of the support service seem translations from Google Translator, and I can almost say the same for the administrators of the Spanish's forum; Every time I read something written by them I find it difficult to understand it in my own language.
My written English may not be perfect, but at least I understand it better than "that" they call Spanish.
(If someone is going to come here saying that they work voluntarily, saying that I'm belittling their effort or blah blah blah, keep it to yourself, I volunteer to help with translations and I was rejected for using grammatical rules they didn't even know.)
