Trading with people makes their HUD broken?!

Ever since about 2 days ago when in a mission my HUD got broken, now it makes everyone I trade with and people I play with HUDs broken too. So basically it makes trading take ages because the other person has to relog 50 times for it to finally work miraculously, is there a way to fix this or is this just a S#&$ty bug?

It's been happening to me for a while, just from being in trade chat and posting WTS every now and then, I have to ALT+F4 out of the game, wait a minute and reload each time.  I thought it had been fixed in a patch the other day from part of the notes but it's still happening.  No fix I know of yet.

I usually don't even use the trade chat, I just use warframe.market and it still doesn't work
