Tsusuya Posted January 14, 2017 Share Posted January 14, 2017 i'm a bit inexperienced with the xBox system, but, in PC, we can run a "system check" by going to the "esc" menu (opens arsenal, navigation and all that) and checking the "options" then selecting the Gameplay. if all system is nominal, try resenting your matchmaking status, change from public to solo... and go to navigation, click a planet.. then ge out of navigation and change matchmaking to Public again... however if you are NAT-Restricted... well.. good luck(?) idk how to check that off in x-box...??
