The New Strange "Scorched Beacon" Glitch

So I came back to my game after 4 months of being gone, and I had to continue The New Strange quest. I looked for a Scorched beacon in my foundry and asked around, and it seems it does not exist anymore. I've created all the Chroma parts, but to no avail. Yes, the quest started before the SotR update. Can someone help?

It's  a common bug for players who had started the quest before the SOTR.

I don't know if you can do much other than to submit a ticket.

Well,I submitted only 2 tickets in my whole warframe career and both was answered within 2 days.
Some people mentioned they had to wait for a couple of weeks for response.
