FPS performance on solo and coop

I have played warframe for ~3 months(I think) and from the beginning I have a pretty standard 60fps and I'm perfectly fine with it.

But then I'm start to get like 15fps or maybe less which is irritating. I have tried everyway(with out spending money) to improve my performance, But it still getting nowhere.

Oddly enough, when I host the game I don't have that issue anymore even I have 4 player join me. But if I happen to join squards or let someone host the mission, The fps hell is back.

I don't know who can explain what cause this. But I have my suspect on ping and connection, which I think It can affects my fps.

I have the same problem and many others. For now no one knows how to fix this issue.

It may be because the host is lagging themselves. Sometimes if the host is having framerate problems that can drip over to others on that connection. I played with someone that was having PC problems and I was getting below 30 fps. When they left the game (same game), i went back up to a solid 60.

I've been getting the same performance problems ever since the latest update :( (19.7) Hopefully it gets fixed soon
