FPS glitch! 25-40fps

Hey,

I have some problems with warframe,
normally i have no problems but since a week my clock speeds is going to 850mhz if i play a match, So because of that i have like 30 - 40 fps and sometimes 25fps :o

If i am in my ship my clock speed is 1202mhz and if i am overclocking it to 1402 doesnt work if i am in a match only in the ship it works, so if i start a match its going back to 850 and i have lag again.
 

In other games like gta 5 or battlefield 4 i dont have anyproblem, my clock speed is 1202 or i can overclock it higher with no problems/

BTW, I didnt had this problem before.

PC specs are:

GPU: MSI GTX 750ti
CPU: i5 6600k
Motherboard: MSI b150 gaming m3
8GB DDR4 RAM merrory
 

I hope someone can find a fix !
