When I went to sell them it gave me the 20k for the 5 or so blueprints, but then it said "Could not sell the upgrade at this time. Please try again later." It gave me the credits for it, but didn't remove the items from my inventory. I tried it a few more times just to make sure I didn't have a whole bunch of the blueprints, but I ended up selling the blueprints 10x each.
