Need A Speed Mod

Could we please have a mod which increases your weapon switch speed and power-casting speed?

It would have to do both 'cause the weapon switch speed alone would not be worth a mod slot (as it only affects two of your three weapons, ie. two out of six possible switches), and we have few enough slots as it is.

 

eg.1) I have a long-range primary weapon and a short-range secondary. Logically, I'd switch to my secondary when something gets too close to me, but with weapon switching taking so long, I'm better off just killing it with my primary. Generally the point of a sidearm is that you can pull it out quickly when your primary weapon is unusable for some reason (eg. empty mag) - otherwise you might as well just have two primaries.

 

eg.2) I'm playing as Trinity and notice someone taking heavy damage, so I cast Blessing. By the time the animation is done, they're already downed and my 100-energy power is completely wasted.

 

Alternatively, just reduce the time it takes to switch from primary to secondary overall, and make the casting speed into a standalone mod.

Don't you think that would make the game a tad easy? If you read the fight properly you should have no problems outside a few scenarios of getting flanked/stun locked.
