Bring Banshee with a lot of energy pad, quickly capture 3~4 towers, go to middle of all towers you captured, use 4 then read some books, drink teas or have a nap. When energy runs out, quickly use 3-5 energy pad at once then press 4 to continue. You might want to use 4 when capturing tower to prevent enemies capture other towers. Here's how I Banshee build for this: https://goo.gl/PplvPs There is many other ways to do this, figure out how to do is the fun part of unveiling rivens. Like Nova MP, Max Range Efficiency high Duration Frost, Globe every tower and freeze them with 4, Ivara with Sleep arrow, Mirage Pri...oh wait, they nerfed her long ago.
