Can someone try to tell me what this was?

Okay so, I was in the middle of traveling to the Relay on Venus and while I was on the screen with my ship, the screen got all glitchy and a bunch of text popped up in some random language that I couldn't read. Then it vanished, I doubt it was a glitch. It kinda reminded me of when the Gustrag team invades you in mission with the static and stuff. 

Anyone wanna tell me what that was and what caused it?

That was text written in the Orokin language it says

"Void Link Severed

Reason: foreign carrier detected. Origin: unknown. Suspection: tracking signal.
Reinitiating dipolar connection on novel carrier. 
Bio in standby for check and sync. 
Motion compensation complete. 
Selenic lensing locked. 
Somatic control established. 
(Margulis) implantation intact.

War platform awaiting sync.

My understanding of it at the moment is that it occurs randomly but I may be mistaken.
