Help. . . again

Question

So last night I had an incident, my friend tried to log in to his account in game and he forgot his password to his account and tried guessing more than 3 times for sure and that this kind of message popped up "Sorry, too many failed login attempts for your account. This IP address is temporarily blocked. Try again later". 24hours passed and now all I'm getting is "login failed check your info" and I know I'm typing the same password what do I do ? I did the ticket, but is there any other way ?

No, there is nothing else to do except wait for a response from support about your ticket. We players on the forums can't do anything for you either.

Edit: One suggestion that I have is to not spam support with the same ticket multiple times because that can make it take even longer to get a response and you may get banned if you spam enough. One thing that you are allowed to do though is comment on your ticket to push it back up to recent tickets.
