Fps Problems.

Hello, Lately I've been getting really bad lag in wireframe. When I first load the mission It stutters for a few seconds then normalizes fps to 60 (Capped)

Then when a lot of enemies come out (ex Akkad) Fps is like 35-45 but the problem is it feels really bad and choppy. 

This only started happening recently I have no idea why.

I even Reinstalled my whole windows and reset my PC. All drivers are up to date.

Specs: 

Amd Fx 6300

Rx 470

try to set on display setting to low, also turn off some shading and antialiasing

if it doesn't work then check your directX and your graphic card

it is frikin never ending story with performance and fps in this game it seems!

did not play a while, returned and exact same system that run 60 fps without issues.. now it is TERRIBLE! and whatever settings I try dont have any effect.

just read one thread from 2 years ago.. brand new gtx 570 or something of sorts, 6gb of ram.. same thing, fps unplayable.

so it is more question to developers - WHAT DID YOU DO!?
