Where do i report a scammer

Hi guys. please help me put a scammer tenno to justice. He scammed me and am sure he has been doing this to other tennos. Please help me so he doesn't continue to rip people off of time and sweat please. And i have the screenshots to prove it, thank you.

open a support ticket and make sure you have labelled it correctly from the drop down menu offered. include said evidence and submit. it is out of your hands at that point.

Unfortunately, DE can't do anything if you got scammed. They cannot enforce trade agreements made by players, and advise players to be cautious. So, you're pretty much SoL, friend. Be more careful in the future. You can still submit the support ticket, but you're going to hear exactly what I've just told you.

You can use support ticket but the general rule is: since you can verify your trade before accepting it, it is all your fault. It happened to me, I submitted a ticket and this was exactly the answer. At this point you will feel like the guy who scammed you is worth more than you because at least he is not an idiot... So you swallow your tears and move on.
