Prime Accessories packs

Curious as a new player coming in to warframe, I know DE has released a lot of primes, and those primes came with Accessories packs, will we ever have a chance at buying them again? I really want to get the uru prime Syandana, and some prime armor cosmetics for my warframes, just curious as to why you as a company don't just leave it up for sale all the time. Especially for new players getting in to the game. I can understand the warframes such as Excalibur prime.

Past prime Accessories have returned during "Prime Vault" releases. So far we've seen Misa and Pyra Prime syandana's and Targis Prime armour return. I'm sure more past accessories will appear as more Prime Vault packs are released for their limited time.

Founders Items will not be returning in any format due to the promise of them never being available again when they were buy-able.
