Rain Warframe?

Playstyle: Uses both the calming, and destructive effects of rain to bend the battle your way.

 

Abilities:

● GLOOM

Cost 25: Creates a small rain cloud over a targeted enemy, slows the enemy & decreases their attack power. There's a chance that nearby enemies will also be affected.

 

● RAIN

Cost 25: Fills the room with a calming rain for a short while. All Warframes under the drizzle gain increased stealth capabilities, and regenerate a small portion of their health.

 

● TORRENTIAL STREAM
Cost 50: Sends a raging torrent of water forwards. Damages enemies, and sweeps them off of their feet.

 

● THUNDERSTORM
Cost 100: Creates a violent storm overhead. Damages enemies over time, and causes them to be too preoccupied with the storm to pay much attention to nearby Warframes. If an enemy does happen to spot you or an ally, that enemy gets stuck by a fierce bolt of lightning.

Ew, no..

We have an ice frame, so I wondered what a normal water frame would be like.

Seeing as it's a ninja game, of sorts, I thought a stealthier approach to water would be nice.

Rain is seen as calming, but can also be very destructive, so it fits the bill quite nicely.
