PaperFett Posted July 10, 2013 Share Posted July 10, 2013 i have to manually turn off nexus otherwise other apps on my phone randomly stop working such as youtube when trying to watch a video, the video will freeze and buffer endlessly at random points. but works fine when Nexus is not in the background. other apps like games will randomly pause themselves. I wish there was a background mode that would run without intruding on other apps. When an alert you have set to notify appears it should just change the color of the icon and vibrate your phone in this background mode. It's especially weird when I'm reading through news articles and Nexus very...very momentarily takes focus. Hardly watch videos on my phone so i dunno how that would go.
