Goudakin Posted February 25, 2017 Share Posted February 25, 2017 I just aborted an excavation mission on Cholistan because no power cell carriers spawned at all in the 5 minutes I was in there. Other enemies spawned, but none of the ospreys. Basically made the mission impossible to complete as we could spawn the extractors but couldn't give them any more power after their original 20% expired.
