How do you play when you get suspended everytime your online?

I come back from a 3 week ban, everyone says hey because they know me. I proceed to tell them once you've been banned, its no fun, I've learned my lesson, and it wont happen again. BOOM. Automatic suspension all 3 tabs (Ryan). The first time I said the word $&*#^%. Noted but 2nd and 3rd time. I'm not sure what is happening, but its making the game unplayable. I don't see how are people are getting by with saying ******s and I can't say what I said. Tickets are open even after the 3 weeks. Idk what's going on and how to continue playing with key elements missing...

It might be best to ask Support directly as I am sure you have, but you might also have luck giving DE Danielle, Megan, or Rebecca are PM here on the forum. At the very least, they might be able to shed some insight on the situation so as to avoid further issues or help make sure your tickets are looked at in a timely manner.
