Red spot issue on the neck.

Hello everyone! How i can  remove this red dot? Nidus Door is not opening for my excalibur
 at all. A few weeks ago had red spot on my excalibur nect. So i entered in the infested room and removed this red dot, dot completely disappeared. But 1 week ago this red dot returned and spoils my Excalibur. I cant even enter in the infested room to remove this red dot.  My question,how i can remove this red dot ?

once it has a hair sticking out of it u can go to the infested room sit in chair, perma cure for that frame :P

Well he said he already had it removed, and that is supposed to make you immune to it, but it sounds like it came back? Try sending in a support ticket.
